WAMM is a neighborhood association that derives its name from its bordering streets of Westheimer, Alabama, Montrose, and Mulberry. WAMM is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit organization.

WAMM is included in the area covered by the Montrose Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (Montrose TIRZ), whose mission is to support infrastructure for residential and commercial developement in the Montrose area.

Become a WAMM Member

We invite members of the community to become WAMM members and to attend WAMM meetings. Normally, WAMM meetings occur quarterly and are announced on signs placed throughout the neighborhood displaying a QR code link to meeting details, in the WAMM Gazette, and on the wammcivic.org meeting page. By becoming a member in good standing, you are eligible to vote on proposals presented before the board.
