The WAMM Deed Restrictions were enacted in 1999-2000 in compliance with Section 201 of the Texas Property Code. The initial Petition was filed with the Harris Co. Clerk's office on April 29, 1999 (Real Property Records #T691261, Film Code Reference No. 525-30-1905 et seq.) and finalized March 2, 2000 (Real Property Records #U253335, Film Code Reference No. 530-94-2786 et seq.).
